Recognition of petitions

While acknowledging that it has considered some needs, it also indicated that there are expectations that are not yet met, especially in relation to the conditions of the ERTES-DANA please mayor.
Criticism of ERTE
One of the main requests of the CEV is the elimination of the obligation for companies that require these expedients to maintain employment for six months. The patronage claims that this “obligation” can be a punishment for those who need help, in proximity to effective help.
Modification requests
The CEV insisted that ERTE's requests should be implemented for the work center, considering the different evolution of the mayor force in companies with multiple centers. Furthermore, we urged to contemplate an extraordinary implementation for all self-employed workers affected by the crisis, allowing partial implementation compatible with the activity.
Direct help and tax benefits
En as for las direct helpthe CEV has expressed its concern that these may prove insufficient. He said beneficiaries will keep their assessment until June 30, 2025. Regarding tax benefits, he criticized the fact that many averages will be applied in 2024, when the amounts have already been paid.
Need for a vehicle renovation plan
The CEV appreciated the importance of a powerful vehicle renewal plan to be addressed to interested companies and workers. It is estimated that alrededor de 100,000 private vehicles have had an impact, which complicates the restoration of business activities and the movement of workers.
In summary, although the CEV positively assessed some aspects of the Government's Response Plan, it insisted on the need for a more robust approach suited to the realities of the sector. The implementation of effective solutions will be crucial to mitigate the impact of the crisis and facilitate the economic recovery of the Comunidad Valenciana.
